For overnight guests, entry to the pool and sauna world is free
throughout the opening hours of both facilities.

Fri – Sat 14:00 – 21:00
Children under 12 are welcome in the wellness and pool until 18:00;
from 18:00 a quiet zone applies here.
Wellness rules
General provisions
These wellness rules serve to ensure compliance with the applicable regulations, to protect the health
and safety of visitors to the wellness centre at Hotel Singer, and must be strictly observed
by all visitors.
On the premises of this centre, every visitor is obliged to behave in such a way
that their conduct does not endanger the safety or health of themselves or other visitors.
Procedure after entering the wellness centre
- Familiarise yourself with the wellness rules.
- The entrance to the changing room is already a clean zone, so please remove your shoes before entering the changing room.
- Leave your clothes in the changing room.
- Thoroughly wash your whole body with soap, and only then put on clean swimwear and enter the pool area. Overnight guests carry out this step in their rooms.
All visitors to the wellness centre are obliged to observe the opening hours and the wellness rules.
Obligations of visitors
- Before every entry into the relaxation pool, visitors are obliged to shower, thoroughly wash off all cosmetic products and maintain personal hygiene.
- Always after leaving the saunas or the steam cabin, the visitor is obliged to use the shower and only then enter the pool. The relaxation pool is not a cooling pool, so never enter the pool water without sufficiently showering the body and a short rest on a lounger.
- After a massage, the visitor is obliged to shower before entering the wellness centre.
- Keep all areas of the wellness centre clean and, in their conduct, mind the safety of themselves and others.
- Visitors may store money and valuables at the wellness reception; otherwise the operator is not liable for their loss.
- Items found on the premises of the wellness centre must be handed over by the finder to a member of the wellness centre staff, or to the hotel reception.
- Visitors are obliged to treat the hotel's facilities with care and to fully compensate for any damage or loss caused through their fault.
- The visitor is obliged to leave the wellness area and go to the changing rooms no later than 5 minutes before the end of the opening hours.
- To provide first aid, a member of the wellness centre staff or the hotel reception staff may be called.
- Visitors must move carefully on wet floors in order to avoid injuries in their own interest.
Prohibited entry to the wellness centre
- Persons suffering from fever, conjunctivitis, skin or communicable diseases, parasites, rashes and other infectious illnesses.
- Persons in quarantine due to an infection, members of a family or household in which a communicable disease has occurred and the sick person has not been isolated.
- Persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic substances.
Prohibited activities
- Behaving in a manner that endangers safety and order.
- Jumping or diving onto others, pushing, throwing into the water, running along the walkways and jumping from them into the relaxation pool.
- Calling for help without cause, disturbing the peace of other visitors.
- Polluting the water and other areas of the wellness centre.
- Smoking and consuming food and drinks in areas other than those designated for it.
- Bringing and consuming your own drinks.
Rules for children
- Children under one year of age are not permitted to enter the wellness centre.
- Children under 3 years are prohibited from entering all saunas; they may enter the pools only in special swim nappies.
- Children aged 3 to 15 are allowed into the saunas only when accompanied by a responsible person.
- Persons under 15 are allowed into the entire wellness centre only when accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 12 are welcome in the wellness and pool until 18:00; from 18:00 a quiet zone applies.
Sauna
- Entry to the relaxation pool is permitted only in swimwear or a swimming costume.
- Entry to all saunas is permitted only without swimwear, with a sauna sheet placed under the entire body.
- Before sitting down on the benches in the steam cabin, the visitor showers the seating area using the shower located in the steam bath, and repeats this when leaving.
Exclusion from the visit
A visitor who, despite a warning, fails to comply with the provisions of these wellness rules,
does not obey the instructions of the responsible staff or behaves in another inappropriate manner,
will be removed from the wellness centre without the right to a refund of admission.
Final provisions
The operator reserves the right to close the wellness centre for booked groups of guests
or for other serious reasons. The closure of the wellness centre will be announced on the board
at the entrance to the wellness centre, at reception and on the hotel's website.
